The 2006 Audi A6 has won the industry's Top Safety Award for performance, design, and luxury all in one car. With the two choices of the A6 3.2 and A6 4.2, Audi has outperformed higher than their competition. The A6 3.2 model with 255 hp and 243 lb-ft of peak torque, the 3.2 V6 with FSI® Direct Injection found in the A6 sedan is a model of effective, yet efficient power. Beginning at the price of $41,540, many of the features come standard. The A6 4.2 constructed almost entirely of aluminum, the extremely compact and remarkably light 4.2 V8 packs quite a punch: 335 hp and 310 lb-ft of peak torque starting at the price of $54,490.

 With the Audi A6 safety features like anti-lock brakes, tire pressure monitoring system, side guard head protection airbags for the front and rear of the vehicle, and 3 point safety belts for front and rear passengers, no wonder the A6 is a favorite among car enthusiasts.
The comfort of the 12-way power seats for the driver and passenger includes 4 way power lumbar adjustment and lockable head restraints.
